How to Create Fluid Color Abstract Background Fast & Simple Adobe Illustrator Tutorial
I've tried several possibilities of using the blend tool to create something new that I've never done before. In my opinion, while using Adobe Illustrator, the Blend Tool is one of the most powerful tools in Adobe Illustrator, I often use it in several projects I work on.
After trying several times I was finally able to create something new that I had never done before, and the result was an immeasurable satisfaction.
And on this occasion I will share how I create abstract art like this Step by Step.

The way to make it is very easy and simple all it takes is a few lines and gradient colors.
Create The Background

Create The Background
Ok let's just jump into Adobe Illustrator. Create a New Document with RGB Color Mode. First of all, create the background first. Create a rectangle according to the size of the artboard using the rectangle tool after that give it color.
As usual I have prepare a color palette here so you can use it.

Just use the Eyedropper Tool to apply these color into the gradient panel.
Now we will create the fluid color.
Create the Fluid Color
Create Straight Line
First of all, create a straight line using the Line Segment Tool. Click anywhere in the artboard to create the line. If you just do one click then the Line Segment Tool Panel will open.Set the Length to 100 pixels. leave the rest by default and click OK.

Open the Stroke Panel and set the weight to 5 points and make it a round cap.

For the Stroke, I gave it a three-tone gradient color.
While this line is still selected, open the Gradient Panel in the Collapsed Panel or you can find it in the window menu and look for gradient.
By default, the Gradient Panel only gives us black and white gradient, but we need three colors applied to this line. So we have to modify the Color Stop on the Gradient Annotator with 4 color stop.
The first color is pink #EA2081.
Blue: #373191, location: 48%
Pink #EA2081, location: 52%
And the las is yellow: #FFE331

Now, we are going to make this little colored line wavy. Open the Effects Menu > Distort & Transform > zigzag. On the zig zag panel just set it like this: Size with 3 pixels. Absolutes. Ridges Segment 4. Smooth Points. And click OK. Or you can adjust it as you wish, but it must be with smooth points.

Now we have the first object.
Move it out off the artboard, because we don't need it to be in the frame.
Duplicate this object by holding down the ALT key on the keyboard and dragging it to the other side of the artboard. After that, increase the size.

Duplicating
Because this is just a line and not a total of 6 lines. So we can't resize it directly just by using the Bounding Box, because basically it doesn't have a bounding box it's different if we have expanded it.
So, to be able to resize it, we have go to the Properties Panel in the Window Menu.
So, to be able to resize it, we have go to the Properties Panel in the Window Menu.
Here, we can change the Width only and we can't for the height, because there is nothing that can be changed there. Remember, this is just a horizontal line or a straight line path which definitely has no height. So we can only change the width value.
Change the width to 1000 pixels.

When we change the size of that line don't forget to resize di Zigzag effect to. Cause if doesn't, the line has less curvature compared to the line before we resize it.
to be able to change the zigzag effect, just go to the Appearance Panel. You can find the Appearance Panel in the Window Menu and look for Appearance.
Appearance Panel in Adobe Illustrator
On the Appearance Panel, we can see some of the effects that we have given to this straight line. First and foremost there is a zigzag effect.
There is also information about Stroke and Fill, which we previously gave a gradient color to the stroke, and 5 points to its weight, Then fill in none. And the second effect is the Transform Effect. If you look at the FX code on the right here then it's an effect we've added to an object.
If you click on this zigzag effect then a Zigzag Panel will popup, on that panel we can see the settings we made earlier just like we set before, And we just need to resize it to 50 pixels and leave everything else as it is. And click ok.
And don't forget to change the stroke weight to 10 points.
After Resize
You can see the results significantly.

We continue again by blending these two objects with the Blend Tool. Double click on the blend tool to open the blend options panel. Set the spacing to specified distance. And give it a value of 2 pixels. because 2 pixels is enough. And click ok.Blend Option Panel
Now click the first object. Once clicked then go to the next object.
And we have a finely blended these to object. Now we just need to make a wavy line as a spine for this blended object.

Create wavy lines using the Curve Tool. Start by creating a small wave at the beginning and a larger wave at the end.

The Blended Object After Replace Spine (Fluid Color)
And here we are. We've created a fluid color like this.
Finally I want to modify it a little more to give a different visual impression. Right click on this Fluid Color. And click Isolate Selected Group. Or more simply you just need to double click on it, to perform the same function.
Select the first object, Right click > Arrange > Bring To Front. And it will give a different visual impression than before.
Different Visual Impression Of Fluid Color
