How to create NEON light effect in Adobe Illustrator 

the power of adobe illustrator which is known as a vector-based application is its ability to deliver our ideas. In addition to rich colors, Adobe Illustrator also has the ability to process these colors for digital work.

One that I often use in Adobe Illustrator is blending mode. We know that the most popular blending mode is used in Adobe Photoshop, but Adobe has also embedded this ability in Adobe Illustrator.

What can be created using this blending mode is that we can create the effect of rays, illuminate, or most often called neon light.
